A standing practitioner feedback channel into the curriculum as the program evolves. Curriculum decisions and certification standards remain with CAIC.

The credential combines nine self-paced video modules, knowledge checks, a capstone Agency AI Transformation Plan, and a proctored certification examination, covering AI fundamentals, property and casualty workflow applications, vendor evaluation, governance, regulatory considerations, and the errors and omissions exposure that comes with AI adoption. Designees maintain the credential through annual update requirements.
