About
Existing AI credentials in insurance are good at what they do: institutional literacy, point-in-time foundations, a recognizable badge. They are not built for a field that ships new capabilities every week. The Certified AI Insurance Credential (CAIC) is the practitioner credential for the people who actually have to evaluate vendors, redesign workflows, and govern AI inside an agency or MGA.
What we believe
Curriculum grounded in real P&C work, taught from both sides of the ecosystem: the insured and broker perspective as well as the carrier and company perspective. Not an AI course that happens to use insurance examples.
Other credentials freeze on enrollment day. CAIC is kept current through an autoresearch pipeline that watches the landscape so students don't have to, with an annual content release covering what changed in the field.
Issued in weeks, not quarters. All nine modules available from day one, an online proctored exam you sit from wherever you are, and a capstone that is a real consulting deliverable you leave with and use.
How it works
Who built it
CAIC was built by Jay Greene, an insurance professional building an agentic operating system for the industry. It was not built by a training company that discovered insurance, and it was not built by a tech company that discovered training. The curriculum, the exam, and the annual updates come from someone who evaluates vendors and redesigns workflows for a living.
Distributed in partnership with the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance. Issued by Agentic Holdings LLC, New York. Questions, partnership ideas, or feedback: hello@getcaic.org.
