The Certified AI Insurance Credential is operated by Agentic Holdings LLC, a New York limited liability company. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", or "CAIC" refers to Agentic Holdings LLC.
When you submit an application or join our waitlist on getcaic.org, we collect what you provide on the form. Depending on which form, that may include:
When you complete a payment through Stripe Checkout, we receive a confirmation that includes your name, email, the amount paid, payment status, and a Stripe customer ID. We do not see or store your payment card or bank account details. Those are handled directly by Stripe under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
When you visit getcaic.org, our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard request metadata including IP address, user agent, and timestamps for operational and security purposes.
We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a piece of code from LinkedIn that sets cookies in your browser. It enables conversion tracking (understanding whether our LinkedIn marketing leads to enrollments), aggregate website demographics (job titles and industries of visitors, never individual identities), and retargeting (showing our ads on LinkedIn to people who previously visited getcaic.org). Data collected through the Insight Tag is processed under LinkedIn's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn ads personalization at any time via your LinkedIn ad settings, or block the tag entirely with standard browser cookie controls. Beyond this, we do not use behavioral analytics platforms or other cross-site tracking pixels.

We retain enrollment records, payment records, and curriculum-progress data for the duration of your enrollment and for at least 7 years afterward for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Waitlist and application records that do not convert to enrollment are retained for up to 2 years and then deleted.
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including: HTTPS / TLS for all site traffic; SOC 2 / PCI-DSS compliant service providers; secret-flagged environment variables for API keys; principle-of-least-privilege for all access. No system is perfectly secure, however; we cannot guarantee absolute security and we do not assume liability for security incidents beyond what is required by law.
CAIC is operated from the United States. Our service providers (Stripe, Resend, Netlify, Teachable, Microsoft) operate global infrastructure and your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own. By using getcaic.org you consent to this processing.
CAIC is intended for insurance professionals, students of insurance, and adults exploring an insurance career. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided information, email hello@getcaic.org and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted to /privacy.html with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email to enrolled students.
