Effective 2026-05-13. 14-day refund window from purchase, no questions asked. After that, all sales are final. Read the details below or just email hello@getcaic.org if you need to request one.
You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to request a full refund of fees paid for any CAIC enrollment (Inaugural Cohort or Founders Club). Email hello@getcaic.org from the address on your enrollment, write "Refund request" in the subject line, and we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
No reason required. Curriculum consumption during the 14-day window does not waive your refund right.
After 14 days from purchase, all sales are final. We do not pro-rate, partially refund, or credit fees for unused portions of the program. This applies to both Inaugural Cohort and Founders Club enrollments.
One narrow exception: if we discontinue the CAIC program in full and you have prepaid for a future term that we cannot deliver, we will pro-rate a refund of the undelivered portion.
The purchase date is the date your payment cleared on Stripe and we issued you a "Seat Confirmed" email. The 14 days run consecutively, including weekends and holidays. If day 14 falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until end of the next business day to request.
For installment buyers (Klarna 4-payment plan): the purchase date is still the date your first Klarna charge cleared and your seat was confirmed. Refunds during the window reverse all Klarna installments collected and cancel any remaining installments.
If you received a referral commission on an enrollment that is later refunded within the 14-day window, the commission is reversed from your affiliate balance. If your accrued balance has already been paid out and is now negative, we will deduct against future commissions or invoice you for the difference.
If you would prefer to refund, please email us before initiating a chargeback. We do not contest legitimate refund requests within the 14-day window. We will contest chargebacks filed after the window expires or that bypass this process, and we may suspend access while a chargeback is being resolved.
Founders Club refunds in the 14-day window also remove your agency logo from the homepage Founders Club grid and cancel any co-marketing commitments. Curriculum access is revoked simultaneously with the refund.
We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund posts to the original payment method (card, Klarna, Cash App, ACH, etc.). Klarna refunds may take an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles to reflect, per Klarna's own timing.
