Workflow Anchor Sponsorship · For Insurance-Adjacent Partners

Anchor the workflow you already mastered.

Every partner should claim a specialty. Here you can own one. Anchor a single workflow inside the Certified AI Insurance Credential (CAIC), teach our audience how it actually works, and let the lesson do what a logo never could. You don't claim the expertise. You prove it.

What an anchor gets

Own the slot. Earn the authority.

01

One workflow, one anchor

Exclusive for the year. While you hold it, no competitor can anchor the same workflow. Let it lapse and they can. That is why anchors renew.

02

You teach, we edit

Once a year you author a Workflow Deep-Dive: a real lesson for our audience on how your workflow works. You write it, we edit it for accuracy and publish it, labeled, on getcaic.org and in The Adoption Gap.

03

A scholarship block to hand out

Twenty CAIC scholarships to gift to your clients and network. The same credential everyone else pays $997 for, earned the same way.

04

No better buyer than a CAIC graduate

The people earning this credential are the agency owners, underwriters, and producers deciding what AI their firm adopts. Anchoring their workflow puts you in front of the warmest buyers in the market, right when they are choosing.

The founding rate

The credential proves out. The price goes up. Yours does not.

Five founding seats, one per workflow. Anchoring funds scholarships and includes one labeled Deep-Dive a year, written by you. It is not a ranking or an endorsement.

Sign now. You anchor one workflow at $10,000 a year. That is a locked annual rate, not a one-time fee, and it holds for as long as you keep the lane.

Your rate never moves. Once the five founding seats close, the standard rate is $25,000 a year for the next partner. Your $10,000 does not rise, even then.

Hold the lane to keep it. Renew each year and the seat, the exclusivity, and the founding rate stay yours, with right of first refusal. Let it lapse and a competitor can take the workflow, and the founding rate goes with it.

Founding Anchor
$10,000 / yr
Locked annual rate for life. Five seats across twelve workflows, first to sign picks the lane. Closes at five signed or October 3, 2026. Right of first refusal at renewal.
Standard Anchor
$25,000 / yr
The rate once founding closes. One exclusive anchor per workflow, annual term.

What does "locked for life" apply to?

Your annual rate. As long as you renew and hold the workflow, $10,000 a year never rises, even after the standard rate reaches $25,000. It is tied to the anchor, not to a calendar, so your own price never moves.

Five founding seats, but twelve workflows?

Right. Five lanes get a founding anchor at $10,000, chosen first to sign. The other seven open at the standard $25,000. Founding pricing does not come back, so the workflow you want may not stay available at the founding rate.

What if we sign after the seats fill, or after October 3?

You can still anchor a workflow, exclusively and one per company, at the standard $25,000 a year. The anchor and the exclusivity are identical. Only the founding rate is off the table.

What happens if we let the lane lapse?

You lose the workflow and a competitor can claim it. The $10,000 rate does not come back, and re-entry is at the standard $25,000.

Has CAIC honored a locked founding rate before?

Yes. The CAIC Founders Club opened ten lifetime founding seats and sold out, ten of ten. A locked founding rate is a promise the house has already kept.

The board

The workflows open for anchoring.

Twelve workflows, five founding seats. First to sign picks the lane, and the founding rate is gone once five are taken.

What the anchor actually buys

The Deep-Dive: you teach, we publish.

Once a year you write a real lesson on the workflow you anchor. We edit it for accuracy and publish it to an audience of insurance professionals who are actively choosing what AI to adopt. You become the name that taught them the workflow, which outlasts any banner or booth. A live webinar series is in the works too, and anchors will be featured on it once it goes live.

Presented by [Your company], Carrier Knowledge Repository Anchor Sponsor· Sponsored educational content

What a carrier knowledge repository actually does, and where it breaks.

An agent quoting a hard-to-place risk burns real time hunting through carrier underwriting manuals, appetite guides, and bulletins that all say slightly different things. A carrier knowledge repository indexes those documents so a question like "will this carrier write a roofing contractor in Florida" returns an answer with a citation to the exact page it came from.

The lesson continues: how retrieval with citations differs from a chatbot that guesses, what "grounded" means, the failure modes when a manual is out of date, and the questions a producer should ask before trusting any repository. Educational throughout. Your product is the worked example, not the sales pitch.

[Your company] is the Workflow Anchor Sponsor for Carrier Knowledge Repository. Anchor sponsors fund CAIC scholarships and contribute educational material in their own voice. Sponsorship does not influence the curriculum or the certification exam, and is not a CAIC endorsement or ranking.

How it works

Three moves.

01

Claim a workflow

Pick the one workflow you know best and sign the anchor agreement. It is yours for the year, exclusively.

02

Teach it once a year

Author your Deep-Dive. We edit it for accuracy and publish it, labeled, to an audience of insurance professionals earning the credential.

03

Renew to keep it

Your slot is exclusive as long as you hold it. Right of first refusal at renewal. Let it lapse and a competitor can take the workflow.

Workflow Anchor Sponsorship sits above the scholarship block and separate from the Founders Club. Anchors fund and teach one workflow. They do not write the curriculum, and CAIC does not rank them.
