Effective 2026-05-13. These terms govern your enrollment in the Certified AI Insurance Credential (CAIC) and your use of getcaic.org. Read them. Reach out at hello@getcaic.org if anything is unclear before you enroll.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you ("you", "student", or "participant") and Agentic Holdings LLC, a New York limited liability company with a mailing address available on request ("we", "us", "CAIC"). Agentic Holdings LLC is the legal entity that operates the Certified AI Insurance Credential program at getcaic.org.
CAIC is an educational credentialing program covering AI adoption in the insurance industry. It includes nine modules, scenario-based quizzes, a master exam, and a capstone deliverable.
CAIC is not legal, financial, insurance, tax, or compliance advice. We are not your broker, your producer of record, your underwriter, your attorney, or your accountant. Nothing in the curriculum constitutes advice you should rely on for a specific transaction or risk. Use your own licensed professionals for advice tailored to your situation.
By submitting an application on /club.html (Inaugural Cohort) or /founding.html (Founders Club), you make an offer to enroll. We may accept by sending you a confirmation email and granting access to the program. Access begins on the date of that email or the date your payment clears, whichever is later.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Your enrollment is personal to you and is not transferable, assignable, or shareable. Each enrollment authorizes one individual learner (Inaugural Cohort) or one organization with seats specified at purchase (Founders Club).
Current pricing is displayed on getcaic.org at the time of enrollment. The Inaugural Cohort Early Bird seat is $497. The Founders Club seat is $750. Pricing for cohorts after the Inaugural Cohort is set at our discretion.
The "founding rate" lock means that, for as long as the CAIC program continues to be operated by Agentic Holdings LLC, your seat is locked at the rate you paid and is not subject to public-rate increases. We may discontinue, restructure, or transfer the program at our discretion; if we do, your access continues for any prepaid term and we will provide reasonable notice. "Lifetime" in marketing copy refers to the lifetime of the program, not your biological lifetime.
Founding-tier participants (Inaugural Cohort and Founders Club) are eligible for a 10% lifetime referral commission on full-priced enrollments they refer through their unique Teachable affiliate link. "Lifetime" here means the commission applies for as long as the referred student maintains active enrollment, subject to the affiliate program operating.
Commissions accrue when a referred enrollment is paid and is past the refund window. We pay out commissions on a schedule available in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for reporting commission income for tax purposes. We will issue a Form 1099 where required by US tax law (currently $600+ per year for US persons).
The referral program may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice. Accrued but unpaid commissions at the time of any change remain payable. You may not refer yourself, use fraudulent or misleading promotion (including fake reviews or unauthorized brand use), or refer through paid placements targeted at branded CAIC search terms.
See the Refund Policy for full terms. Summary: 14 days from the date of purchase, on request to hello@getcaic.org, regardless of how much of the curriculum you have consumed. After 14 days, all sales are final.
All curriculum materials (videos, written modules, quizzes, exams, capstone templates, the autoresearch pipeline outputs, the wax-seal mark, the CAIC name and Certified AI Insurance Credential phrase) are the property of Agentic Holdings LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and professional practice while your enrollment is active.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, scrape, train models on, or use as the basis for a competing credential any of the CAIC materials. Quoting short excerpts in good-faith professional discussion with attribution is permitted.
You agree not to: (a) share your account or credentials with others; (b) circumvent any technical access control; (c) post abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content in any CAIC forum, comment, or community space; (d) use the program to develop competing credentialing offerings; or (e) use the affiliate program in bad faith. We may suspend or terminate enrollments that violate this section, with or without refund, in our reasonable discretion.
CAIC is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that any specific outcome (employment, promotion, certification recognition, agency revenue, or AI deployment success) will follow from completing the program. AI is a fast-moving field; specific vendor capabilities, regulatory positions, and best practices may change after a module is published. We update curriculum monthly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy on any single point.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of CAIC will not exceed the total fees you have actually paid to Agentic Holdings LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or CAIC will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and we both waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for protection of intellectual property, regardless of the arbitration clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to your enrollment address and posted to /terms.html with a new effective date. Continued use of CAIC after notice constitutes acceptance.
